What is the Safety at Home Program?

The Safety at Home Program is designed to help seniors stay independent in their home longer.

The Safety at Home Coordinator will visit the client’s home and help them identify potential trip hazards, areas for grab bars, organization suggestions and give the client information on how to follow up.

This program is designed help seniors stay out of hospital, out of retirement homes, out of nursing homes and stay in their own homes safely.
