For personal Support through the CCAC the CCAC case manager will send a referral to Aberdeen and we will send a skilled worker to your home.
We always call before we arrive to make sure you are at home and ready for service.
For the Personal Support Program our Supervisor will also make a home visit within 14 days to make sure your questions have been answered and the service is meeting your needs.

| Sometimes our clients have a special need. For example they may require a mechanical lift to move from the bed to a chair. For special needs like this, our Supervisors do a training visit to make sure our workers can use the equipment safely and the clients needs are met. As always we will call before the visit to make sure the time of the visit works for everyone. |
